SIM Card Packaging

PhoneBox, a mobile service provider, previously used bulky packaging that included a cover or envelope, an instruction insert, a SIM card, and a SIM pin—making shipping inefficient and prone to content loss or damage.

The new design eliminates the need for a separate instruction insert by printing all instructions or QR codes directly on the packaging, allowing for easy updates. Both the SIM card and SIM pin are securely stored inside, with added features like a security sticker or dotted tear line for easy opening. This streamlined design improves shipping efficiency and reduces packaging complexity.
